I’m Blessing. I am building Blessing Approved because making healthy choices has become confusing, and what I needed was ease, calm, and choices I could trust.
It started with Psalm 1:3. Listening to the waters of the words wash over me, feeling rooted, nourished, and fruitful, and wondering what provisions God had already put in place for our healing and well-being.
Then I stumbled upon a documentary about twenty biblical oils, and it mentioned something I already knew: olive oil had replaced the seed oils on my table. And beyond the oils of scripture, God’s natural gifts were already woven through my life. Shea butter had been with me for years, in my skin’s healing, in growing my hair, in slow evening massages. Black soap had captivated me with its smell, its lather, and that feeling of being closer to nature. I wanted to bring that same stillness to the chaos of making healthy choices.
So I am starting a curation journey, holding every product to a five-pillar standard. If a product does not meet all five, we do not recommend it.
